Payment

At elsk.com you can pay with Dankort, Visa, Mastercard and Visa Electron. ELSK (elsk.com) does not charge a fee for payment cards. Transaction takes place via QuickPay gateway.




Delivery

We offer the following delivery methods:

• GLS for parcel shop (DKK 25)
• GLS for Home Delivery (DKK 39)

Return via GLS (free in Denmark)

Expected delivery time is 1-3 working days.
Ordered products are generally sent together.

ELSK.COM is responsible for the goods until you have received them.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 100-day right of cancellation when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 100 days after the day you;

a. has received your item
b. takes physical possession of the last product, in the case of an agreement for several different products, which have been ordered in one order and which are delivered individually
c. gets physical possession of the last lot or the last part, in the case of an agreement for the delivery of a product that consists of several lots or parts

You must notify us within 100 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by writing to info(at)elsk.com or calling 60 95 19 19. In your notification, you must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our standard cancellation form, or our return portal and send with return. You will find it with your order confirmation and here .

You cannot undo it by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this at the same time.




Return

You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 100 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can use our return portal and order a free shipping label through https://elsk.com/pages/returnering

When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.




Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal

The following product types are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

1. Delivery of goods which can be assumed to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly
2. Delivery of sealed goods which for reasons of health protection or hygiene are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery
3. Delivery of sealed sound or image recordings or computer software on which the consumer has broken the seal

You lose your right of withdrawal if;

• you use the goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return.
• you break the seal on sound or image recordings or computer software.




The condition of the item when you send it back

You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.




Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount. When returning the purchased item in case of regret, you must pay the costs yourself.

We will refund your payment for the undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

What should I send back?

You must attach a copy of the order confirmation. Shipping goes faster if you also fill in our standard cancellation form. Note! We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery.




Right of complaint

The Purchase Act's defect rules apply to goods purchases. When you shop at www.elsk.com, you of course have 24 months right of complaint. This means that you can basically get the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation.

It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.




How soon should I advertise?

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

We need the following information when you send the item to us When you return the item, please state the problem in as much detail as possible.

Remember that the item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for sending, so that we can reimburse your shipping costs if you have not used our return portal / free return label.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:

We register your personal data with the aim of being able to deliver the goods to you.
The personal information is registered with ELSK Aps and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens by giving your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why. The director and staff of ELSK Aps. has access to the information that is registered about you.

Information is not passed on or sold to third parties. However, information is passed on to selected and trusted third parties who are entitled to use your personal information in order to deliver the goods you have ordered and to keep you informed about the status of your order.

As registered with ELSK Aps. you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be addressed to ELSK Aps. via e-mail info(at)elsk.com SUBJECT: Personal Data




Access to complaints

If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact our customer service on 60 95 19 19 (Monday-Friday 9am-3pm) or info(at)elsk.com. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can lodge a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Board, if the conditions are met.

LOVE Aps. (elsk.com) reserves the right for possible fee changes, price and proofreading errors, technical errors, out-of-stock items and force majeure, including labor disputes and deficiencies in or delays in deliveries from subcontractors.
