RE.ELSK is a platform that we launched in 2020. Here you can buy ELSK clothes that are used, 2nd sorting or samples.
With RE.ELSK, we want to increase the lifespan of our clothes and ensure that as little as possible goes to waste. If you have some FAVORITE clothes that you no longer use, they can probably benefit others.
You can send the clothes back to us and then we give others the opportunity to buy the clothes that you have grown tired of. As a thank you for your help and effort, you will receive a discount code that you can use on our normal webshop ELSK.com
Before You Return Your Clothing
What condition should the clothes be in?
A good rule of thumb: The most important thing is that you would consider buying the item if you were the next customer. A small stain isn’t necessarily a problem – especially if it doesn’t affect the overall function or appearance of the garment.
When returning clothing, it should be:
• Clean and free from major stains or holes.
• Functional – zippers, buttons, and seams must be intact.
• And preferably well-kept, with plenty of life left in it.
We inspect every item we receive and assess it using a simple scale:
"Good", "Excellent", or "Almost like new" – so the next owner knows exactly what they’re getting.
Can you return RE.ELSK items at ELSK HQ?
No – unfortunately not.
RE.ELSK is managed by an external partner who handles the reception, sorting, and resale of all secondhand clothing.
Therefore, you cannot drop off your used clothing at our kiosk or warehouse.
